1. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer competitive shipping rates to the contiguous United States:

  • Orders over $99.00: Enjoy FREE standard shipping.

  • Orders under $99.00: A flat rate of $12.95 applies.

  • Oversized Items: Large or heavy items (such as furniture, whiteboards, or bulk paper) may require additional shipping charges. These costs will be calculated at checkout or coordinated by our support team for specialized delivery.

2. Fast Nationwide Fulfillment

Because we ship from 26 strategic locations, most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 3–5 business days depending on their proximity to our nearest distribution center.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package's journey.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure reliable service via our commercial carriers.

  • Service Areas: At this time, we ship to the contiguous United States. For inquiries regarding Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our support team.
