Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gorilla Stationers, we want your workspace to be perfect. If something isn't right, we’re here to help. As a family-owned business, we aim for a fair process that allows us to continue donating 10% of our earnings to conservation.

1. Notify Us Within 5 Days

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice a discrepancy, damage, or defect, notify our support team at cs@gorillastationers.com within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging.

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us: Send your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item condition to cs@gorillastationers.com.

  2. Get your RMA: If accepted, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the manufacturer and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship items to our administrative office; only use the address provided on your RMA.

  3. Ship it back: Items sent back without a prior RMA request cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Fees: To keep our prices competitive and our conservation efforts impactful, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee as determined by the manufacturer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and logistics reasons, some items cannot be returned, including the following:

  • PPE & Safety Gear: Masks, gloves, and disinfectant sprays.

  • Health & Personal Care: Hand sanitizers, soap, and beauty products.

  • Perishables: Food, beverages, snacks, or plants.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items, custom-printed stamps, or special-order furniture.

  • Technology & Software: Opened software, electronic media, or activated digital licenses.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or chemicals (such as certain cleaning agents).

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at the authorized facility, we will process your refund. Funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: The quickest way to exchange an item is to follow the return process above. Once your RMA is issued, our support team will guide you through the next steps for your replacement.
