Watts 1" Standard Capacity Lead-Free Water Pressure Reducing Valve is designed for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It has a temperature range from 33 degrees to 160-Degrees Fahrenheit, an adjustable reduced pressure range from 25 PSI to 75 PSI with a 50 PSI factory setting, union inlet and outlet connections, a bypass feature that controls thermal expansion pressure, an integral stainless steel strainer, a thermoplastic seat, a sealed spring cage for accessible outdoor or pit installations, and is serviceable in line. It meets ASSE 1003, ANSI A112.26.2, CSA Standard B356, Southern Standard Plumbing Code & IAMPO Listed. The wetted surface of our Lead-Free products contacted by consumable water contains less than 0.25% of lead by weight.
