Neutralizer conditioner is effective at counteracting urine odors on hard floors, grout and carpeting. You can also use it to removes salt residue from windows exposed to sea spray and from floors with deposits left by some ice melters. Neutralizer conditioner comes in a convenient D.I.B.S (Drop-In Bucket System) and is suitable for use in nonfood processing areas.
