Rust-Oleum, 12 oz. Spray, Clear, Roof Patch Cleaner & Primer. A solvent based cleaner that clears away dirt and debris and promotes adhesion of roof patch and sealant products to existing roof substrates. Cleans surface in seconds. Spray and immediately wipe away to prep surface for sealants. Improves adhesion on metal, EPDM, TPO and other single ply membranes.
