Victor 1.75 lb. Snake Away Repellent Granules are a patented formulation that contains 7% naphthalene and 28% sulfur. It is the only EPA registered granular snake repellent on the market. It repels poisonous and non-poisonous snakes away from target areas by temporarily disrupting their sensory reception. The granules are applied around the perimeter of the area you want to protect. It covers 0.219 acres and has a residual of 2 to 3 months. It has a 91% repellent rate of garter snakes and rattle snakes. It will not harm snakes.
